Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping within Greece is carried out by ACS Courier and and it costs 5€.
The delivery time is estimated between 1-2 business days after receiving the order confirmation email.

Shipping to Cyprus & the rest of Europe is carried out by ACS Courier and it costs 12€. The delivery time is estimated between 5-7 business days after receiving the order confirmation email. 

Orders over 150€ are Free of Shipping Fees.

During high season, Sales period and Bank holidays, the delivery period may be affected we are unable to deliver your parcel with the selected delivery method it will automatically be returned. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

Returns & Refunds

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original condition within 7 business days of receipt.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for pre-orders.
Please also note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

You should return the items within 7 business days with all of the barcode tags intact.
The items should be in their original packaging.
